Did you also flash the mainboard to the correct firmware?

Yes downloaded the touch screen firmware and flashed it with the SD card

Theres only 1 board to flash? The screen is separate and doesn't get flashed? Or am I missing something

Both need to be flashed one the mainboard and the screen for ui

So there is separate firmware for the screen and the main board? I only found the firmware for the main board on the creality website

you have a printer motherboard and a screen board

Yah there are 2 firmwares you need to update the one onthe board in your printer and the one in your screen

Otherwise the stuff you see on your screen is not what the board has

i honestly can not find anything on updating the screen itself. everything is only for the main board. like i said though everything on the screen works. it just wont read the SD card
