I've made double sure that the ribbon cable is firmly connected to the board and to the display. And I see no visible signs of damage to the cable. I've tried resettign the board wit the rest button but no difference. Any suggestions for what to try next?

I tried to connect to the printer thru the FlashPrint software and the USB cable and it doesnt find the printer. I tried several USB cables in case I had a bad one. I tried connecting to the machine using the software "Automatic Scan" and I also tried the "Tools --> Reset Motherboard Completely" option but it doesnt find the printer. Is there another way to flash these boards?
