Maybe someone has come across something like this before?
I accidentally touched what i think the heating element wires are with a pair of pliers, it sparked and now my ender 3 does this (see video).
Could it be just the heating element or is the mother board/power supply gone?

yeah your board is probably dead. open the printer and check if something on the board is visibly burned

Unplug heater. Then try to start the printer, see if it still does this.

it was in fact the motherboard, got a new one and everything works as good as new
