Are you sure your Z is at 0 when you level? If you mean when you start a print its off thats a mix of Startscript in theslicer and z offset
@turbid jewel
I don't know what I am doing T.T
People are telling me to move the z axis switch down a little but I can't even find it
Who? Because you have none
You have a bltouch on the left of your printhead.
And if you home your printhead will notstop at Zaxis 0mm but somewhat Of 5mm to 50mm
You need to manualy lower that to 0
I detail how to level the bed on the Creality CR10S Pro.

I was watching that but the problem is that where he puts the 2mm under the nozzle his printer touches it while my bed is too low and when I go to make it higher the nuts fall off because they reach the limit
and its still not touching
Take an image of your issue and one of whats your printer display shows
Okay go back to the normal menue and to the menue where you csn manually move your axis
Done
Is it closer to the bed or still at the same height?
Still the same
Hmm maybe is a creality moment ... turn your printer off and on and try homing again π
Okay π
Na that can happen that sometimes positions get lost
I just redid the whole thing after turning it off and on and its still the same
They are all loose
Hmm go back to the leveling mode inter face and hit the house button there
Did it work?
The z axis didnt move?
The nozzle is still way too high
Maybe but was there any movement at all?
Sadly I don't see a difference
So when you hit home z there was 0 movement?
Yeah
No clicking sound or so?
It moves and does the whole Home process but there is no change in distance between the bed and the nozzle
Hmm okay so there is a button -z how far can you go down?
with one click its as low as it should be
actually it needs a little more
there is still too big of a gap
2 to 5 mm are okay
Anyway get it as close as possible with the -z command and then restart your printer
Then check if its at z zero and go further down π
I restarted, its at 0, do I try leveling again?
No go further down π till you are in reach of the bed
It doesn't go further down than zero
... okay then manuall method
Turn your printer off and move it down by turning the lead screws
Just make sure left and right are at the same height
Alright, its done
So you are at a workable height now?
I hope not. If you home your printer now does the probe deploy?
And what shows z? It should be +5 or so now
It says 10.0
Good π now move z to 0 and try thr leveling π
stuck on nearly the same problem.....
The problem is usally for security the nozzle cant move below -5 on z
To prevent crashes
And i guess thats whats happwnd
Thank you so much and sorry for wasting so much of your time!
No problem wanna fix the next problem too?
B3cause the start script in cura is usally bad so your autobed level wont work π
I am using crealityslicer, haven't had an issue yet
That is old cura with a creality sticker but if it works i wont say anything
I can always come back xD
