the stl file has to be sliced into gcode, otherwise nothing will work
there are a lot of good slicers with presets for a variety of printers to make slicing gcode easier
if you just misspoke and already sliced the gcode and the sd card isnt recognizing that then the issue could be with the motherboard or the firmware
also the sd card should be formatted to fat32, which is only possible with 32gb or less sd cards
I seee, we’ll I haven’t sliced it so that’s definitely one issue, also I’m using a 512 gig card so there’s that lol, thankfully I have some smaller cards I can use instead
