the start and end gcode don't really matter too much, you can use the one that comes default

as for printer/printhead settings the ones for the max will probably work fine with the neo, as long as the dimensions are the same

the only really important things in there are the printers volume (x/y/z) and the nozzle size (usually the included one is 0.4, thats the standard)

filament size is also somewhat important but most printers use the same 1.75 so that should be the default in the max profile

it can be useful for single extruder printers, but it literally won't make a meaningful difference
