When selecting a print file on my Ender it shuts down completely then boots back up again. it'll do this every time with every file, it's done this in the past and i just kind of waited it out until things worked themselves out. If anyone has had this happen before or has a solution that would be a huge help.

reformat the sdcard. and files names cannot have wierd symbols. that is what usually forces the printer into a wierd restart loop.. if you have done that and are still having issues.. the sdcard slot might be defective.
best way to see if try and update the firmware from official website and see if that fixes it.
if not.. rma the printer or have creality send you a new mother board. depending on when you got it and where.
