Hi folks, please tell me what is wrong with this print and what I can do to fix it. Thanks.

Looks like your nozzle is partially blocked. Check the space between the PTFE guiding tube and the small hole of the nozzle. Remove the nozzle for it. There is a hole, bigger in diameter in between the actual nozzle hole (0.4 I presume) and where the end of the PTFE guiding tube rest.

Any further improvements I can make?

Did you clean the nozzle or replaced it? Cause I see a big improvement, but still some hickups now and then. If you not replaced the nozzle, but only cleaned it could be the the nozzlehole itself (0.4mm hole) still has some hardened residu from filament inside... Try recplacing the nozzle to test. If you don't have a spare nozzle, you can try poking the hole with a needle. There is also a second possibility, that the hole of the nozzle is slightly damaged. Take a look at the end of the nozzle, maybe with a magnifying glass.. Also, then it is better to replace the nozzle.

I asume you use fairly new filament, cause old (wet or brittle) filament can cause these hickups also...

I used a used nozzle and filament that has been sitting on the printer for about 6-8 months
