double check your esteps, make sure there isnt some sort of clog, and check your extruder to see if its slipping or skipping steps

yep its supposed to be smooth but is very much not

its the steps/mm of the extruder motor

basically stepper motors don't really have a concept of distance, only a number of steps (if you turn the motor by hand you can feel these steps). You have to calibrate how many steps of the motor will move the filament by one millimeter, in order for it to be able to accurately extrude the right amount of filament
