I'm also getting pre-print seepage similar to what you show here. So that's normal? My purge line doesn't fix it. It stays on the nozzle smearing the print lines. How did you fix?

Yes, bed is leveled manual and Auto (Ender 3 S1 Pro)

What was the fix for your problem? Just bed leveling?
