@merry portal can you send a vid
Why?
Do you guys wanna make a group chat so I can send vids and pics?
It won’t let me
Like it’s black
imma open a group than
@elder knot
I can send now
add me
oh ok
its normal
I thought you meant it was fully leaking
when it start extruding it will get cleaned
What's your nozzle temp?
Just take it off
Also do you not have a purge line?
This is my setting
You always need a purge line
Is there a line at the start of every print?
Nope
Ok the left of your print
It just starts
Get that
How
Purge like will fix that problem of it messing up your print
If you can't do that
Then add a skirt
What slicer do you use?
Cura?
Ok
cura is goat
Ok
Btw
The purge line on cura is a preset setting
So you won't have to add it
But you will wanna work on your cura profiles
Also
Have you done an extrusion test?
is there a way to stop that gunk from coming out tho?
I mean probs
im sorry for interupting but i have cura and the skirt on
But you can just counter it
can bltouch do its thing while hot end is heating?
You don't have to level it before every print
But yeah
You can put it into the gcode
I would recommend you ask someone more experienced or do some research
Ok I’m back and I got the cura slicer
Do I have to do anything to get the purge line or I just press slice
Nvm I got it but when it actually starts printing this happens
That’s what it looks like
Most times it doesn’t so I have to force it out as it starts printing
No
Don't do thst
You will create a massive blob
And the the nozzle could get stuck on the blob
Just let the printer do it's thing
Ok now I can print flawlessly
@formal bronze please dont change the title topic. leaving it will help others looking for similar issues.
Oh sorry
nozzle makes a mess pre printing
I'm also getting pre-print seepage similar to what you show here. So that's normal? My purge line doesn't fix it. It stays on the nozzle smearing the print lines. How did you fix?
Did your bed leveled properly
