i solved it on my own
when i boot the computer i immediately hit DEL to go into bios and from there turned off secure boot, if anyone can find a fix without having to turn off secure boot please tell me i heard it’s not the best if you leave it off
I have this exact problem but I can’t disable secure boot, it’s greyed out
I m also facing this issue
What you need to do is press delete repeatedly when the MSI logo pops up, then you can disable secure boot in bios. If you don’t press delete it’s greyed out
You might need to set admin and user passwords and disable fast boot, not sure as I did this before the solution I described
