Here some steps that helped me when I had the same problem:
- Uninstall the current MSI App Player. Then run BSTCleaner_native.exe to remove temporary files and leftover data that may cause conflicts. Restart your PC, and download the newest version.
- Verify that Virtualization Technology (VT-x/AMD-V) is enabled in your computer's BIOS.
- Alternative Solution: If MSI App Player continues to fail, try installing the latest version of BlueStacks 5, which is the underlying technology for the MSI App Player.
