its still new, i cant imagine the dust is the issue, this is so infruiating, i cantt play any games basically, itll stay up for like 7 min then boom instant shut down
and from just touching the laptop when playing, it doesnt feel all that hot, certainly not enought to warrant a shut down

im not sure what the issue is, if i set it to extreme performance it doesnt shut down, but if its on AI engine or balanced mode, it shuts down
must be something wrong?

not old at all, i maybe started using it from the start of this year
but it was bought earlier, just kept in the box

ye so it was bought in november 2024, but i didnt open it untill late 2025
2025 October to be exact
because surely if the issue is heat, then changing performance mode wouldnt change anything right, but it does, so idk whats wrong
