Anyone with a MAG 274QRF QD E2 have recommendations on settings to get most out of ps5 pro?

As title suggest, just got a ps5 pro and with my monitor was curious what are best settings to use/turn off and all that to get most out of my monitor and ps5 pro.

but overall monitors dont really need much of an adjustment, especially oleds

I'm also confused as RTINGS says it does have VRR for my ps5, but when I go to turn that on in my ps5 settings says "tv does not support this" and even at another section says "VRR no"
