On December 23th I registered my MAG 341CQP QD-OLED, which is part of the Shout Out promotion ending after today. On that day I signed up and waited for my voucher.
Yesterday I got response back that the redeem was denied, and that I needed to do the following:
Please go to your account -> Promotions -> Shout Out Steam Code USD 30 to claim the steam voucher.
When I go to the page I can't select the monitor, even through the monitor is part of the Eligible Products. My suspicion is because I initially signed up, but it failed, that it doesn't allow me to pick it again.
Calling and chatting was unsuccessful. The chat agent made a ticket for me as the site itself didn't work. In the support ticket I detailed my issue, but they gave the same copy paste response back.
Can someone help me out as today is the final day to claim the promotion.
