check the windows settings app and make sure its using your dedicated gpu

when i first got my pc 7 months ago my gpu ussuage used to be 30-40 ingame

now its like 1-4

i use to play on 290 to 350 fps

It's not 0-1%

#

If you were really at 1% usage you'd be getting under 5 fps

It might be using the wrong GPU though.
