RTX 4080 super not getting detected on B450 Gaming Plus max motherboard with Red light on VGA

I'm trying to install RTX 4080 super on dis motherboard i tried draining the CMOS

My PSU is MSI A850G with Gen 5.0 support i connected it with MSI RTX power connector given in the box. The light on GPU is ON

Rn trying to update bios.

Okay now red VGA light is off but still no display

Can you take photos of the system with the RGB and glass side panel off? We would want photos of places where all the connectors are and where things are plugged in.

Also, can you take a photo of the back of case where the motherboard IO is?

I'm just not getting post with as my mobo VGA debug led is ON

Motherboard - B450 gaming plus max

Bios - Latest

What's happening is whenever i Reflash bios it works gets post for 1 single time with this GPU but after I shut it down it just doesn't post with VGA debug led ON when I try turning it on again

Ig this mobo is incompatible gonna buy and test with a new one

Power Supply - MSI A850G
Ram - Tforce 3200mhz

I don't think the GPU has a problem here bcz whenever I'm able to boot up it works like normal also this might be a silly assumption but the rbg pattern is same what i selected on Zotac rgb software

What CPU are you running with it and what BIOS version is installed?

Here's an Update

I changed power Connector from MSI custom one to the one given in Box and I'm able to get post

Pc booted up correctly for 2 time after that I'm getting Blue screen of death from windows

And when trying to repair from advanced option it says NTFS.sys error

I got another one which says Watch_dog_violation something

Are you able to confirm in the BIOS that is the version that is being used and stays on the motherboard?

The PCIe 5.0 cables have had issues not fitting properly and people thinking they were fully seated when they were not, even when the clip was activated.

Did you confirm that both ends of the cable were fully seated?

Good, at least the reflashing wasn’t necessary because the bios was updating each time.

Yes I seated them perfectly but the problem now is Windows is unable to repair itself or reinstall itself

Are you trying to reinstall from a USB or use the integrated windows reinstallation?
