No wifi option on windows

I just got the z790 godlike max but there is no wifi on it, only ethernet and I'm trying to see if there is a driver specifically for this board but can't find it yet, did check the device manager and I do see the internet adapter but it's grayed out.

Check for driver updates on MSI Center and MSI's website, the support/downloads page for your specific motherboard.

Just got it downloaded, thanks I didn't see the LAN tab when clicked on driver

Do I download the intel or the qualcom one, the intel I run it and it said finished but after restart still no wifi option and the qualcom one it said no suitable drivers

Have you tried checking for updates on MSI Center?
