idk what to say i can only click thesettings and info button thats it i cant change fan speed

AMD doesn't work well with MSI afterburner and I'm sure it won't work well with a laptop GPU from AMD.

AMD has their own software that you can use to oc but since you are on a laptop I would stay away.
