This is the memory compatibility page for that motherboard. You will have to look for the specific model number of your kit to see if it has compatibility with the CPU generation that you are running. You can toggle between 8xxx and 7xxx CPUs near the top of the list.
my model is not there, what does that mean?
At the very least it means they have not tested your specific kit with that motherboard and confirmed that it will run. What is the model # of the kit that you have?
CMH32GX5M2B6400C36
ive read alot about having 6000mhz+ so i was asking about memory try it cuz it does all the work for me
A quick search of that serial number will show those RAM kits are optimized for Intel when they say "Intel XMP":

CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 memory delivers DDR5 performance, higher frequencies, and greater capacities optimized for Intel® motherboards while lighting up your PC with dynamic, individually addressable ten-zone RGB lighting. Tightly screened high-frequency memory chips enable faster processing, ...
they are compatable with amd tho
tuning it down to 6000mhz would solve the problem ig
Sure, but you did not pay for a 6000mhz kit. There are kits out there that are optimized for AMD, for example:
I do not necessarily recommend that specific kit, but it does exist. Something to consider.
My understanding of the memory try it is to try and get more mhz out of a kit to push it higher than its rated speed, not to downclock it and just get it to run.
the problem is i already got the CMH32GX5M2B6400c36
got this kit cuz i was always an intel user so getting this kit was an autupilot mistake
Depending on when you got it, I would suggest making use of their return policy.
Here are a couple links of comparable RAM kits that are for AMD (the links are all for the same kit), and will run at 6000mhz, the "sweet spot" for RAM speed according to AMD for the 7000 series:

Good luck and good night.
You are welcome. It is also important that your motherboard is at least at the bios version that will support that RAM kit. You will notice in some of the BIOS update notes that it will say Improved DDR5 memory compatibility or improved system stability. If you do have any crashing problems, check your BIOS version to see if it is the latest.
