If it doesn't go into the 90s or hit 100 often, you're good but these things run hot
I idle at around 50-60 typically but it could also be caused by how you applied it or didn't use a good enough thermal grease

Since repasting thermal paste and changing battery plans didn't help, then have you considered a laptop cooling pad?
You should also play on a flat surface so you don't block intake vents.
Don't block exhaust vents.
Consider ambient/room temperatures as well.

I'm guessing you also cleaned your fans and heatsink fins when you repasted.
Also uninstall unnecessary or minimally used programs. Check task manager after restarting.

If you repasted the laptop, your fans are clean and the laptop is on an even surface (table, laptop stand, ...). You might have applied force on the cooling assembly unevenly or didn't apply the thermal paste correctly. Also never use laptop on a carpet or in bed.
