Msi G2412 problem

I have this issue with my msi monitor
It only happens on games and some apps
I tried:
-reinstalling the drivers
-changing the hdmi cable to a better one
And some other stuff
None of them worked and i am stuck here
Do you guys think it's an issue with my laptop?
Or the monitor?

Did you uninstall drivers with DDU?

Overclocked monitor?

Try resetting monitor to default settings

A desktop computer?

Laptop up to date?

Windows up to date?

MSI Center updates?

Updates from laptop support page?

Can try monitor on a gaming console?

Have you double checked your settings in Display in Windows?

opened nvidia control panel
went to change resolution
and clicked on "restore defaults" on top right
