#mystic lights in MSI centre not working properly

So your main account is a windows standard user account, but mystic lights doesn't work properly when logged into that account.
But mystic lights works properly when logged into your Windows administrator account.
Have you tried right clicking the MSI Center or Mystic Lights program > open Properties > Compatibility tab > selecting "Run this program as an administrator" > apply, OK
Restart PC
Doing this should skip UAC prompt... and maybe load mystic lights in admin when logging in as any user.

If what I suggested doesn't work, then try uninstalling Mystic Lights from all user accounts... starting from scratch.
Restart your PC
Sign-in to your admin account.
Change account type for your main account (the standard user) to an admin account.
Sign-out or restart your computer.
Sign-in to your main account.
Re-install mystic lights. Setup your mystic lights profile as before.
Save. Restart PC
sign-in and see if mystic lights is working properly.
If it is, then change main account back to standard user account.
sign-out or restart pc. sign back in to main account and see if your mystic lights profile is loaded.
If that doesn't work for Mystic Lights, then I guess try those steps for MSI Center.
