Wifi option gone

Hello I lost my wifi option I deleted this as I was told to then tried reinstalling it but i couldnt find it, Ive been trying to fix this all day. It would be really helpful if someone with experience helped me fix this issue

Also the model is B650-P WIFI

What I deleted was the rz616 wifi 6e

Go to this MSI website and download the AMD wifi and Ethernet drivers

Should be these two, try downloading and installing them.

Ok I thought it would be a simple setup

I found a driver on lenovos website that you can try

Can you check and see if windows update gives you the option to download your driver, I only linked the Lenovo because that's a legit site. I'm trying to find the driver but a lot of these sites are sketchy.

You can also try uninstalling the realtek driver in this picture you linked and restarting your PC. Then check for drivers through Windows update and see if that works.

You deleted your Wi-Fi adapter.

Just restart, and if that doesn't work you might have to reinstall windows or drivers
