I've had my PC for 2 months: Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB RAM, MSI GTX 1650, MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
But now when I turn on my PC it starts up, the motherboard lights flash to indicate the stages, however when it reaches the VGA light it stays on for a while and I hear 1 long beep followed by 2 short beeps. The light then turns off and the boot light flashes and the PC stays on and powered but I can't see the display. Please help me out.

Is your gpu connected properly?
Memory could also be bad
Or not compatible
It’s running properly to the best of my knowledge eg the fans are on and stuff
I’ve got ddr4 ram which should be compatible and also reseated and cleaned it
Can you show a picture of the back of the PC where all the cords are plugged in?
I took everything out apart from hdmi and power cable
hdmi is in graphics card slot
not motherboard slot
Can we assume it worked at one point, or has it always not displayed an image?
no no it's been working for 2 months up until like last week where I didn't use it due to the heat in the uk
And you did nothing to the system before you last turned it off until you turned it on again?
No driver updates, unhooked wires, or anything at all?
Nope
All I did was press the on/off button
I saw that you removed and reinstalled the ram, but what about the GPU? No need to clean, just reseat it.
I completely removed the gpu and turned it on and the same sound plays but the vga light stays on
Have your tried clearing CMOS by removing the coin-size battery for at least 5 mins? Make sure to power down PC, unplug PSU power cord, and press power button to discharge capacitors before removing the battery.
If you have custom configs in BIOS, you should enter BIOS... take note of your configs before clearing CMOS.
Have you tried different cables? HDMI cables
If you have another GPU, trying swapping to that one.
If you're able to boot to Windows and access your data, I would backup that data in case this comes up again. Make sure to get the latest, relevant graphics driver for you GPU.
If you're overclocking your GPU, you may want to reset its settings to default.
It doesn’t appear to be necessary for that GPU, but does the MSI GTX 1650 require PCIE power, or does it the power it require come from the MB slot? All pictures I could find does not not any additional PCIE power cable plugs.
No it doesn’t
I’ll try in the morning
You can also try reseating the ATX 24 pin power cable.
... as well as power down your PC for a while-- flipping PSU switch to off position. :/
whats that
Also, I would move your PC off the carpet....
I would get a surge protector if you're not using one already for your PC.
Just wondering, what is your PSU? Specs?
Wondering if there's enough wattage available to power the GPU
I don’t actually know I’m assuming it’s about 600W or smth like that tho
I looked more closely at my gpu and there were slight burns on the shorter part of the thing that slots in, I havent been overclocking or anything so I don't know what caused them but do you guys think that it could be why there is no display
Can you take close up photos?
