Hi, i try to enable secure boot for Vanguard but after saving and rebooting i have only a black screen. My keyboard work because ctrl + alt + suppr reboot the pc.

Guessing what your issue might be since your system info was not shared.
What did you change in BIOS?

so my motherboard is a msi x470 gaming pro with ryzen 5 3600x, gtx 1660ti oc. i had connected a buzzer and get long short short beep so it's a GPU memory or GPU error
and i can't access bios because i can't see anything my screen stay black

Have you tried different monitors?
as well as different DP and HDMI ports on the gtx 1660ti?
Have you tried reseating the GPU... and RAM?
Swap in another GPU, if you have one.
