Let me give you some background. Last Friday I changed my internet subscription. I was able to use my PC properly all weekend and even stream at full speed on Monday evening (it was perfect). So I turned my PC back on last night to run steam and enjoy the connection again! Everything was perfect, I had 2.5GB constantly, my PC was fine, until the Ethernet connection CRASH randomly, only to restart itself a few seconds later. (So I checked my wifi, it was impeccable and my internet box was up and running). I told myself it was a little bug, so I relaunched my stream, which crashed because of this, joined my Rocket League game again, from where I'd been kicked, everything was ok, but a few minutes later again totally random crash, again and again, I persisted, again and again... to finally give up and cut my stream for good...
So I looked at the event viewer, and based on the crash times of my stream, I had system errors because of my controller:
Intel(R) Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V
Network link is disconnected.
And :
Intel(R) Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V
Network link has been established at 2.5Gbps full duplex.
So from there I started following 36000 forums one by one, trying to uninstall the driver, reinstall it, put an earlier version, change the power settings on it, remove the adaptive duplex, after each manipulation I launched a game and after several minutes of play, the ethernet crash came back (randomly) for a few moments...
My motherboard is an MSI Z690 Edge Wifi DDR4.
If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them. I can't play competitively anymore, I can't stream...
