Motherboard isn't updating or POST

My current motherboard isn't posting or updating and I can't get anything to show on screen.
I'm not sure what's wrong, but my graphics card, power supply, ssd should all be working. (they were tested beforehand)
All the fans turn on, all the lights turn on, but there is no display. I tried to get into BIOS, but nothing shows on screen. I have also tried to update my BIOS by following the exact instructions from MSI, but nothing worked so far.

My current build is:
B450M-A Pro Max
Ryzen 5 4500
GTX 750 TI 2GB
Samsung 1x32 GB
PNY 240 GB SSD
EVGA 400W

Do your GPU display connections look like the ones in the pic?

Display outputs include: 2x DVI, 1x mini-HDMI 1.4a.

Looks like the R5 4500 has no integrated graphics, so you will need to use the GTX 750 Ti.

What monitor / display are you using?

Check your monitor for a DVI port or HDMI port.

Im using the standard HDMI, the cable should be working since I took it off my TV. Im using the Acer SB330

You will need to use a mini-HDMI to HDMI Adapter Cable like this one: https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-High-Speed-Mini-HDMI-Adapter-Cable/dp/B014I8UEGY?th=1

You can't use the HDMI port on your motherboard, because the R5 4500 has no integrated graphics.

For your setup, you will need to use the mini-HDMI port of the GTX 750 Ti.
