Have you tried Windows Troubleshooter - Audio?
yes
and he says "Its unpluged"
Look through that article. It has pretty good instructions along with pics to help troubleshoot audio issues.
Also, look through this article: https://www.headphonesty.com/2019/11/connect-gaming-headset-to-pc/
I'm not sure if it's a hardware setup issue..
and/or could be software issue as well
That article covers how to connect your headsets.
It has a troubleshooting section related to software issues.
Check out both articles to see if you can sort it out
You may solve one issue... related to hardware setup but then run into software issues later on.
Hopefully those articles can help with both.
Good luck!
Also, another thing to consider is your headsets/headphones. Check its manual for details.
There may be a mute switch... or additional cable that needs to be plugged in.
i got stuck on 3. 😭
Looks like you have 3 microphone options
Which microphone do you want as default?
genesis
the 2nd one "microphone" is working when i put headphones jack in front panel
Try pluggin Genesis in #1143581117040046150 message the "mic" port at the rear I/O panel
Windows may auto recognize it and enable it
If not you, you enable it in Sound properties
this was already plugged
nice. Try enabling the genesise
Right click Start Menu > Device Manager
Maybe device driver for Genesis needs to be updated
In Device Manager, update device drivers for Genesis
Probably under "Audio" or "Sound"
Also, have you checked for motherboard updates?

The Genesis microphones are capacitive microphones for gamers. A studio gaming microphone with arm stand holder and pop filter is also offered.
Which mic is yours?
Genesis Microphone instructions/manual shows connection is via*** USB***.
Also, go back to Device Manager and scan for new hardware.
If you see Genesis, try uninstalling and reinstalling drivers.
Check your Speech recognition settings.
Try disabling "Run Speech Recogntion at startup"
Good luck
