hi wen i play a game like minecraft in f11 ( big screen ) my monitor
attach me a screen with lots of green red blue stripes as if it was broken.

If both monitors are flickering, the issue might be with your PC
what is your PC/laptop?
what troubleshooting have you done so far?
uninstall reinstall display driver?
does it happen only when you're playing mc?
your video shows that you're watching video/browsing windows settings
