#FPS DROP

If you just bought it, you probably need to update some drivers on it. Start with the GPU driver.
Figured out it was the adapter turning on and off
Everytime it switched it causes an fps spike
I think I need a new adapter
Yeah go back to the store you got it from and replace it
New stuff shouldn't be broken out of the box
Ok so I ended up still having the problem with the new adapter
Check your task manager for programs running or anything being maxed out while playing a game
You may have random bloatware installed, you could uninstall it, make sure to uncheck useless programs from your startup in task manager too
what is the power/performance mode that you use?
balanced
its just unplugging and plugging in i tried multiple adapters
@tidal lagoon
Did you replace the laptop itself?
I found a thread where someone had the exact same problem, maybe try the solutions the other person says?
