I'm using MSI Z690-P DDR4, and my disk is Lexar SSD NM610PRO 1TB
every 4-5 seconds, my disk usage spikes to over 90% with 0 read/write speed and it slows down my day-to-day tasks in excel or any working software.
Can anybody help me in this regard? what might be the issue?
