hello everyone, i bought an msi gf63 thin 10ud recently with an rtx 3050ti and for quite a bit i have been dealing with this problem which is that my gpu is preforming very well on some games and some not for an example some games that run very well are apex,war selection,centry ages of the ashes and etc and some games like rust,cod,valorant i notice the gpu running at 40% to 60% almost all the time notice that i have 16gb of ram so i dont think its ram related or a bottle neck considering its a laptop or a heat issue cuz i have a cooler under it and changed the thermal after i bought it so it it like a windows 11 thing or what should i do in this case

40-60% GPU usage can mean that the game’s engine just isn’t designed to use more than that from your card

so its not like a windows or software thing
cuz i feel like i could hit more fps but for that reason i play on 60fps on most of the games
