you cant just click and drag your operating system into the new one

i mean you can move any files you want

as long as theyre not core windows files

right click a folder or files you want to bring over there, select copy, and then go to your new drive and paste them

with steam games, steam has a built in game mover you have to use

the shortcut on your desktop leads to the old drive

delete that one and then create a new shortcut on your new one

right click the exe file and click send to and then desktop (create shortcut)
