New Channel to explain/link plugins used

New Channel to explain/link plugins used so that everyone can better understand the more niche plugins used. Could be implemented anyway maybe even as another book everyone spawns with or can be got through spawn. I do think it needs to be added though as current guide book only has basics on land claiming, warps and shops I think.

not saying it's a bad idea, just that that's what we have atm
