Can somebody pls help me, i got this error for months, cant play the game... (And no, i cant change my wifi settings cause my router doesnt have a backend)...

Haven't seen this error at all so far.
I would suggest checking the game files, if that does not work you can always contact ubi support under https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/contact

already did that (couple of times), also reinstalled (couple of times 🥹 )... and everything suggested on the ubisoft support site doesnt work, or i cant do it cause i cant enter my wifi settings..

Have you contacted the support directly already?
They might be able to help you more directly
