Why do my frames drop almost every match I play

Very broad question, can be everything from GPU failure to simply corrupted game files.
Just do what NEO said and monitor your FPS.
Also you can verify the game files (Properties -> Verify files)
And if all that does not work, you can try a fresh reinstall

First,you should check your Net speed,and then check if your pc is running an issue like,if your pc is old,it doesnot have too mutch memory or either it haves an heavy or either a virus program installed
You can even check if the game haves an anticheat or something
If it haves,be sure that it isnt too heavy
Because too mutch programs running at same time can result a forced crash,a lag or even a BsOd(you can check if the game is lagging by seeing the unplugged cables icon on the game screen)
If it happens,close all active programs,restart you pc,then try again
