With the newest addition of Defiance, I've really enjoyed the ability to go back into lower adventures and farm for rewards that I previously would have ignored due to how trivial the content was.
The reason for this post is because I'd like for anyone interested to share what they've been using to make the weaker adventures feel more like a proper Nightmare difficulty.
I'll go first with what I've been using on the 0.5* Teemo adventure.
Deadly is pretty much guaranteed to get things lined up, but the starting health for the Foe is still low. So I went and gave the opponent better starting conditions and bumped up their stats a bit to make them feel like a threat.
Since Teemo wants to attack as much as possible, Relentless II gives everyone Scout and forces a response. The last one can be tweaked depending on if the champion combos a lot, but I find Toxic I to be a good sweet spot and maybe Toxic II if you don't play as many cards.
