his current best setup is shock and awe, norras portal accelerator + flex spot but obviously quite paid relic dependent
otherwise everything that gives powers like beast within, stacked deck, loaded dice are nice, chemtech is considerable

also jsut sth u can ask in #poc-questions as these threads are usually meant for more long term discussion

They are both to have more pings, you want as many different pings as possible to trigger his 3* power a lot

No because scarecrow triggers terrify a lot slower and fca does nothing til you hit fiddle

i prefer loaded dice, scarecrow is quite damn slow, rather get more rerolls for 1 drops and higher odds for explosive entrance
