I love the marsh grass, any tips?

Cut up a door mat, leaving the tufts in the rubber backing
Then cut the bits of mat down to the size you want and trim the grass to the shape you need. You can then add a thin layer of paint if you want it green etc.
I embed it into vallejo wet mud and then fill in so you can't see the rubber matting
