Premium time wouldn't count as a subscription, especially since you don't need to buy it to get premium time; the season itself provides those days and war chests as well.

Bro, the idea behind the subscription would be the same as on PC. On PC you get 15% more experience and silver, and at the end of a winning match you have the option to add an extra experience bonus. There's also the option to block 4 maps you don't "like," and you receive a tank (TS-54 tier 8 on PC or our double-tap tier 9) that you can only use during the subscription period.

That's a possibly for that. I did not think about. I know resources are small on console compared to pc. Maybe, do a test run and get some feedback. Try it during one of the seasons.
