If we have WW2 and CW, why not adding WW1??

With tanks like Saint Chamond, A7V, Renault FT, Schneider CA1 and the Mark family, WW1 mode would provide a really different gameplay with trench fights, possibility of mechanic fails, slow heavy tanks that have almost no gun rotation, multiple usable secondary machine guns, dynamic terrain, possible PvE games that resemble real battles and much more!!

we also need mode with actually modern tanks.

#

or just extend cw and rename it.

we had a fun little game mode.

As for your idea... yea that might be a bit much. Id recommend you consider playing BF1?

As cool as this would be there wouldn't be many tanks/armored cars to play and also i dont think further splitting player's is a good idea with how limited population is on wotma currently maybe this can work as a special event mode or something but not as it's own permanent expansion to the game

Yoooo i just just got my WW1 tier ten! The Mark V landship!

Superb 15mm armor ensures no armored car will pen its armor!

A WWI mode wouldn't be the best, as there's just not that many tank designs available.

Even stretching it to 1920, we're talking about less than 30 overall.

Like how WW2 has tanks from far after the war ended (60s and even some far into the 70s)
I think it would be fair for WW1 to have tanks that stretch into the early 30s

#

There are definitely a good handful of actual tracked tanks to choose from, and there are many armored cars that are also possible

#

And like cold war, WW1 can have some unique mechanics to it whatever they may be

WW1 mode—instead of True Vision it comes with No Vision. You look out a slit into a smoke / gas filled field.
