Or are plans to increase terrain resistance to allow them to jump out of the way? 😄

Yep, you can run them down. Unsure that mannequins can jump or walk very fast to get out of the way. 🙂

I knew I saw someone on Cao Bang, but since there are no visible people in wot, I just discarded it as a hallucination.
