I am writing on behalf of the majority of the RU region. Players have started to get the error e:loa after the latest update.
Here are some statistics. In a small community with 1,782 members, a vote was held asking the question: "Who can log into the game?" 630 people voted, and 63% of those who voted cannot log into the game (screenshot #1), and this is only in one small community.
From the latest reports in this discord channel, you say that the problem is not on your side, contact your Internet providers, change DNS, etc. I will attach photo #2 where the person has done all possible manipulations and it did not help. I personally did these actions, many of my friends, and other players. These actions do not help
Internet providers say that they are aware of this problem and assure that there are no problems on their side. Also, based on messages from players in different publics and chats, it becomes clear that players from all over the country cannot log in. It was also noted that one player with provider X can log in to the game and has no problems, while another player with provider X cannot log in, although the providers are the same.
We know about this error, that it is old and was solved on the player's side. But after the latest update, the error appeared for so many users that the question arises: did the update break our game?
We also know that this error occurred in Germany, but it is not known how many users were unlucky. That is, this error occurred not only in the RU region.
Also, a possible argument about blocking by the Russian authorities cannot be put forward, because if the authorities had blocked the game, it would not have worked throughout the country.
One of the Internet providers traced the route by the user's IP, as can be seen from screenshot #3, no problems were found on the user's side.
