This map has no strategic or fun value to high tiers. Should’ve been left as a low tier map.

Since the battle tiers for maps are:
3-4
5-8
9-11
I would remove battle tiers 9-11 and have 5-8 the maximum as a first step. Although limiting the map to battle tiers 3-4, could really be the best option.
Of note is that one will often hear players say: "We need more maps!". However, I really believe they are meaning "We need BETTER maps." Simply adding MORE maps does not improve gameplay, if those maps are unsuitable for the tiers/eras being played. Inappropriate maps actually make game play worse.
It is the same when a decent map has an alternative spawn added. Many of the "alt spawns" are considerably worse than the original designs. Also the gameplay variations Assault and Encounter don't always fit the map.
More is not always better. In reality only Better is Better.
