Monthly Rewards Question

I finished February at level AAA and Tier 7, when I logged in yesterday the usual notice appeared about the rewards being posted. So went to my profile then warchests to open the viper war chest, however there was none there. I then checked the log, it showed only 4 calendars being awarded instead of the usual 6. The viper chest had been awarded, except it was at 6:53 am while I was asleep. Appreciate you checking on the quantity of calendar days awarded and I like to open my viper chests. Thanks

Monthly and annual rewards should stay the same because this event started much earlier and has its continuity. Seasonal chests are different. 1 general's chest can give a lot of gold and a very good premium vehicle. It definitely gives more guaranteed gold. That's why I don't play as much anymore because there's no point in it now. I finished the season and I don't know if I'll do another one. Long-distance runner was on PS since 2016. Today you have 50 gold for easy tasks. I also got more 400 or 1000.. But there's no chance of a refund for a premium vehicle.

You need to bring back general chests. I buy a lot each month and am completely disappointed with the contents and reward schemes of the mew chests. Not worth buying any level anymore. Who are you trying to kid, you’ve vastly reduced value.

Same thing happened to me,I narrowly managed to get to AAA last month (2,554 points) and yesterday I checked my tanker rewards and it said that I ended up at AA when I finished AAA.

Early on yesterday I filed a ticket to see if they could help me out with that, they're currently still working on it. You can try making a ticket and see if they could also help you out.

But then again I think there might be something up with the tanker rewards right now (just guessing) but we'll just have to wait and see what they say
