Do all Goals need to be completed? Many players do not platoon and won't be able to complete the Platoon Goal.

Or does the next Goal get randomly assigned from the entire list rather than uncompleted goals?

I platoon every day. However some never do. If they either don't want to or can't, they should be able to complete the op.

If all goals are required, a solution would be to an extra goal. Have 17. So one can be skipped.

The confusion is from the News article where it states:

"And if you want to try a different goal instead of the one currently in front of you? You can reroll it and get a new goal! You get one free reroll each day that will randomly give you a new goal and stamp to earn from all the goals you have left to complete."

It is the "left to complete." part. That can be read to imply that all the seperate 16 Goals need to be completed. That while they will randomly be assigned, they will be marked off the list until they are ALL completed. That is, you can't get the SAME Goal twice.

Can you do more than 1 challenge a day?

Seeing as there are 16 stamps and only 14 days there has to be some multiple op days somewhere.
The website isnt clear if you can catch up missed days/ops either.
