Hi. What percentage of ammo do Bots have for Gold rounds. And what events triggers/gets Bots to change from Standard to Gold? Thanks.

Bots do not get gold as far as I know. I have heard rumors and have my suspicion that they get friendly rng pen though(always rolling high on rng pen). The only time a bot gets gold is in coop when the actually player loads in with gold in the rack the clone of a players tank on enemy bot team is an exact copy of the players loadout gold and consumables included. But to my knowledge and replays I've checked no bot has had gold in a multiplayer game.

Bots tend to mimic player loadouts including ammo so yes bots do get gold ammo

This is why I asked WG, I'm not sure. IMO Bots have Gold rounds. If I'm correct, what are the "reasons " when/if Bots use them? E.g. In PVE, a player has Gold rounds BUT doesn't use them, will Bots? Same question for PVP. Do Bots have unlimited Gold rounds?

No bots don't have infinite ammo like I said the other day bots use player loadouts sometimes for example whatever tank you play and if there's basically zero enemy players ( or playing coop) a bot will be created to be a exact copy of your tank including ammo so no bots don't have infinite ammo

WG can someone please confirm that Bots will never have more Gold rounds than humans and what are the "triggers for Bots using Gold rounds. Thanks in advance. 20

From WG in another thread . "Hello, it is intended for bots to have unlimited ammo as they are more active with shooting and not as efficient as a human. If only bots were left (such as a Coop battle for example), and they all ran out of ammo, it would not be a very good user experience to watch them sit there until the time ran out.
Also worth nothing, it's only for the main gun. They have the same limited ammo count on secondary weapons such as ATGM's."

Well from my understanding if you're playing Co-op it just gives a direct copy of your vehicle to an AI on the opposite team so say I'm using he for around that AI that has my tank on the enemy team will fire nothing but 18 it just depends on what round you are using so if you're playing co-op with other players their exact tanks on the enemy team will be firing whatever they're firing because I turn my cross play off so I'm just playing by myself with AI and I never see any AI use premium ammo unless I'm using it and it's the direct copy of my tank

Thank you 👍 Max for responding to my question. So, No Gold rounds for Bots, unlimited standard rounds on 1st weapon.

Lol what bots absolutely will use gold ammo seen them do it multiple times if a bot is mimicking a player that's running full gold they'll be using it yes granted don't need to do that in coop but definitely happens in mp
