Do you have to have a job at WOT or is this just a role for the server?

For example, Reviewing bugs, are you guys fixing the bugs or are you just passing the info along to the devs

WoT:MA staff are paid employees, and anything posted in bug reports is looked into to confirm it's new/unknown or even a bug, checked for repeatability and then provided in a "ticket" for the appropriate team to fix.

If your question is why aren't the people who fix it the ones looking at the discord posts, well some are but mostly because if they spent their time looking through bug reports they'd have a lot less time to fix any bugs or working on other things.
