I am at my wits end on how to fix this the official site offers no help when I load game it says authentication failed please contact technical support I've looked online for a solution and nothing even in technical.support absolute nothing why is this even a thing

Wow great help that is basically i can't play ur game because of something u don't know how to fix im not the only one with this issue but clearly a company that dosent care about actually helping new console players with problems that should.never exist my account runs every game perfectly my credentials are fine and the restart ur router stuff is just nonsense we all know thats nothing to do with it just world of tanks that does not work on my console but that must be a me problem ok lol that's nice telling me u can only google it like I did is poor support from a ask the team section
